Anger Agreement

Having other emotions besides anger can lead to similar challenges in our lives. If you find yourself with an emotional outburst, here are some ideas to control your emotions. The obsession with what things should « be » and the prediction or jumping of conclusions about the behavior of others is also something to be taken into account, as well as blaming others for negative situations when problems that may not be their fault.
