Subtitle Agreement

title of the article (titles). The articles themselves are only section titles, and if you use chapters in an agreement, the chapter titles are also simple titles (directly followed by an article). Select an article title that covers all section themes. Don`t use an article title that promises more than what the sections actually provide or that is otherwise misleading. In addition, the general principle is: keep it short (no more than a few words). Like sharing an agreement in article (with inevitably an article title), the indication of contractual objects can guide the reader through the content. It is clear that the use of subtitles introduces the possibility that the label will no longer cover the content of the clause. In the case of short contract periods, such a risk is quite limited, while the labels still help the reader. The titles of current articles are (see also section 3.5 – the text of the agreement): presentation of subtitles.

Legends allow a law firm to distinguish its style from that of other law firms. The preliminary question, of course, is whether or not the agreements should contain subtitles. The presentation can then take several forms: as an online clause header in bold or highlighted (the most commonly used styles, as shown in the example above) or as a numbered and bold title of an unnumerated contractual clause: labels. Many contract signatories, including me, prefer to use subtitles. Labels are the words one, two or three words at the beginning of a contractual clause; they report the purpose of the clause of the contract. For example, the preferred supplier word is such wording: CHAPTER II – OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET Guidance Post-Closeout Adaptations and Continuity of Responsibilities It is a good idea to put all provisions under an article title called Divers (except as you prefer, for confidentiality, applicable law and dispute resolution). Finally, it is recommended that item titles be used consistently for all contracts (models) that design the company or business projects (but do not modify the items selected by the other party). No labels for subsections. Do not use labels for subsections unless they predominate over the disadvantage of loss of legibility.
